Through our contact form, by telephone, in meetings and on paper, we collect:

- Your property requirements and the content of your enquiry

- Information contained in identity documents you present as required by law

- Responding to enquiries and contacting you
- Introducing, presenting and proposing properties
- Brokerage of the sale, exchange or lease of real estate and related contract procedures
- Identity verification and the creation and retention of verification and transaction records under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds
- Preparation and retention of records and documents required by the Real Estate Brokerage Act and other laws
- Sending you notices from us
We do not use personal information beyond these purposes.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except:
- Where required by law
- Where necessary to complete and settle a transaction — to the other party, other brokers, financial institutions, judicial scriveners and land surveyors. We will explain this to you in advance.
- Where necessary to protect life, health or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent
5. Outsourcing
We may outsource the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above. In such cases we put appropriate agreements in place and supervise the contractor.
6. Security Measures
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
7. Requests for Disclosure and Correction
You or your authorised representative may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties, of personal data we hold.
